Nusr-Et is part of the d.ream (Doğuş Restaurant Entertainment and Management) company owned by one of Turkey’s largest conglomerates Doğuş Group. Dream has been changing the course of action of the Food and Beverage industry since 2012 with a vision and an utmost innovative outlook on the sector. Today, d.ream operates at 142 different locations in 16 countries with 8.500 employees.


Nusr-Et was awarded by American Academy of Hospitality Sciences with 5 Star Diamond Award, given for the first time to a restaurant in Turkey. By receiving the '5 Star Diamond Award', which means to be internationally recognized brand that offers high quality standards, Nusr-Et proved it’s success in the international arena.

Saltbae Burger carries Nusr-Et’s taste and service legacy into burger joint concept. Innovative and refreshing burger and milkshake concepts prepared with the highest quality of ingredients in sophisticated and warm atmosphere impress discerning burger lovers in Dubai, Mykonos and Istanbul. As one of the growth engines of Nusr-Et Group, Saltbae Burger will be further expanded into America and Europe as well as continue to contribute to Turkey's tourism and culture vision with new branches.

Offering the traditional kebab with the highest quality meat and freshest ingredients, Kebapçı Etiler, located in the prestigious Etiler district of Istanbul, welcomes its guests with an innovative take on the classical kebab restaurant concept.

Nusret Gökçe’s expertise on meat allows Kebapçı Etiler to serve fresh and high-quality kebab dishes. Kebapçı Etiler stands out in both taste and presentation; its decoration and atmosphere provide a delightful dining experience.

Established in 1994 as a boutique atelier de pâtisserie in Istanbul, Cafè di Dolce has been well-known for its wide range of specialist cakes and sweet treats. In 2017 Nusr-et Group acquired the brand with the plan of turning it into a chain of patisseries and opened two concept stores in the exclusive shopping center, Istinye Park in Istanbul and Bodrum Yalıkavak Marina in 2020.

Soon, Cafè di Dolce became a vibrant, all day long meeting point for both locals and tourists. Nusret’s contributions gave the brand a new impetus. Its specialities such as pancakes and croissants became most sought-after delicacies.
